Whatever the situation, we take care of customers’ data as this is their most valued asset. Data may be in our hands during server migrations, workstation repairs or through wireless networks and we take care of it on a per client basis. The client’s data is so important for us that we prepare our clients for backup strategies just in case their hardware fails or in other cases when their data gets deleted both intentionally and unintentionally.
Systems Support regularly implements and maintains data backup and disaster recovery procedures at customer sites on both Windows-based and Unix-based systems. Having the right backup procedure will ensure that should a system failure occur, the data can be recovered and the systems redeployed with the minimum impact to the customers’ business.
If disaster strikes and the data is lost through hardware failure or through misuse (such as laptops being dropped) we do our best to secure maximum data recovery. Different techniques are used including different software packages and hard disk revival techniques to recover as much data as possible.
