Having a thorough understanding of both Workstation and Server Operating Systems permits the proper configuration of the entire network such that applications and network and system services can run with the best performance and the minimum of fuss. Identifying and addressing performance issues, network bottlenecks and other resource limitations also forms an integral part of the services that are provided. 

Installation and configuration of PCs and servers in order to deploy customer applications is a day to day occurrence which we can perform in an efficient manner. 

We regularly perform system upgrades or reinstall Operating Systems at customer request. 

Members of our team regularly attend courses covering Microsoft Approved curricula which cover all the aspects necessary to be able to maintain Microsoft Operating Systems to the highest of standards.  The support staffs have also obtained a variety of qualifications issued by Microsoft.
