Philip Toledo Limited has developed its own payroll solution, Jasmin, using Microsoft Visual Studio .net as the development tool and Microsoft SQL Server as the application database. This means that PTL is able to deliver a state-of-the-art solution that supports the creation and maintenance of a detailed employee database; salary and wages employee grades; payment scales; tax bands; and all static data including calendar.
