PTL’s management is committed to understanding and fulfilling the needs and expectations of all internal and external stakeholders regarding quality and information security. This includes recognising the environmental aspects and their significance in all of the company’s business activities. 

Confidentiality, Integrity, Authenticity, and Availability of information in Information Security and Quality Management are integral parts of PTL’s management function. We view these as our primary responsibility, fundamental to the best business practices that encourage further business opportunities. 

This policy aligns with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, GDPR, NIS2 and DORA requirements

We at PTL are committed to:

  1. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations; conform to contractual obligations and ISO certification requirements in all business activities.
  2. Implement Information Security and Quality Objectives in accordance with ISO certification requirements, evaluate relevant risks, and communicate the results to interested parties.
  3. Stay ahead in the Information Technology market. We continuously improve our Information Security and Quality Management System to ensure relevance, operational resilience, effectiveness, and conduciveness. This proactive approach instils confidence in our stakeholders and demonstrates our commitment to excellence.
  4. Work closely with customers, business partners, regulatory entities and suppliers in seeking to establish appropriate information security and quality standards that will be beneficial to all parties.
  5. Adopt a forward-thinking, risk-based approach to future business decisions, including continuously reviewing risk evaluation criteria that may impact Information Security or Quality delivery.
  6. Ensure an ethical and responsible development, implementation and use of AI systems and tools by adopting best practices as defined in the ISO 42001:2023 framework.
  7. Meet and exceed customer expectations for Information Security, operational resilience, and Quality standards.
