Information Security and Quality Policy

PTL’s management strives to understand and meet the needs and expectations of its interested parties both within and external to its organisation in relation to quality and information security. Interested parties include and is not limited to its customers, suppliers, regulatory and Governmental bodies. 

Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of information in the Information Security and Quality Management are integral parts of PTL’s management function and view these as its primary responsibility, fundamental to the best business practices that encourage further business opportunities.  

This information security and quality management system policy is aligned to the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and of ISO 9001:2015.

Maintenance and compliance responsibility to this company-wide under the authority of the Managing Director who encourages the personal commitment approach for all staff to address information security and quality standards to the best of their abilities. 

The policy is approved by the Managing Director and will be reviewed annually or sooner should a significant change occur to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
